RADHA-A and RADHA-B self-destructed to disable the surveillance net. It worked. The gap they opened is the reason several other people in this archive have entries at all.
Their names are etched into the Resistance wall.
That is the whole record, and it is worth noticing what is missing from it. There is no account of a decision, no last transmission, nothing that would let a reader work out whether they were afraid. Machines built to be expendable are not usually asked, and the people who would have asked were busy escaping through the hole they made.
