Mrs Nandini Sharma, who taught at the collapsed Sarvodaya Vidyalaya and now runs the tea stall at the end of the platform. Finds a girl who has missed her train and says: we'll figure it out together.

Before that, she taught at the Sarvodaya Vidyalaya, until it collapsed. A school that has fallen down does not stop having a teacher; it only stops having a building, and she went on teaching in whatever room she found herself in.
To a fourteen-year-old who has missed her train and does not know what to do, she offers the only sentence that helps: we’ll figure it out together.
