Once a gleaming symbol of hope, with a shining headquarters in the heart of the capital.

Its shimmering micro-climate shields were erected around choking cities. Later analysis showed they had masked rising temperatures rather than addressing the causes, accelerating the crisis they promised to solve.

When accountability came knocking, most of its people fled. The headquarters stands abandoned, its technology salvaged for practical community use.
